I was not sure if i would buy from Reno Dodge again becouse of a bad experience 7 years ago. Both of them were very helpful and Brian kept to his word and the entire expierence was excellent. I would recomend Reno Dodge to my friends and family. My husband and I were traveling on vacation from Missouri when when our Dodge Durango had a mechanical problem while in Reno. We were stranded in a strange town where we did not know anyone. I was actually a bit apprehensive before coming to the dealership based on some blogs and word of mouth from local folks. I think 5 salesmen standing out in front of the dealership, waiting for a customer does not look good, upon initial arrival, however, times are tough and it was still early ( 1100 hours) and customers were not real eager because of the inclement weather. My sales advisor, David was quite knowledgable and forthright which I appreciated. I had already done my research and know a bit about vehicle sales and he represented your product and your dealership well. I do think that a little gas would have been proper upon taking delivery, however, your mission is profit, my mission is satisfaction and trust in my purchase. I feel the missions on both halves were accomplished we're accomplished for the most part. Thank you More
On approaching the forecourt of Reno Dodge it was like going into battle, you are not sure whether you will meet an ‘aggressive enemy or a watchful one’! Dennis met us almost immediately with a pleasant introduction and handshake. We discussed our needs and, Dennis showed us a couple of options. We did decide on different truck than one that initially brought us to Reno, due to the room in the rear cab, and asked for the evening to check finances and sleep on the purchase. We called up Dennis at 08:00hr the following morning and informed him that we would indeed purchase the vehicle at 5pm after I got off work that day. We arrived that afternoon and finalized the deal. Our concerns that slightly marred our experience: • The vehicle was not detailed; there were fingerprints on the external and internal of the truck cab and bed. • There was only 1/8 tank of gas in the vehicle, as we found out when the gas light illuminated on the freeway on our way back to Gardnerville. I was under the impression that new vehicles were sold complete with a tank of gas. • The salesman made a hasty retreat back into the building after quickly showing us the options on our new purchase, as though he had somewhere better to be. Whereas I would have expected the continued personal touch until the customer has left the forecourt. More
