What a great experience! After being yelled at and being told to pick up my truck - which had not been fixed - by the service manager at Carson Dodge, Ben was a breath of fresh air. Carson Dodge had my truck twice overnight and couldn't diagnose what was wrong so they kept blaming it on something not related to the problem. Reno Dodge had the problem diagnosed within an hour of my truck being in the shop! Ben has taken the time to explain everything in detail to me.
