One month ago I decided to finally get rid of my whimpy mini-van, it was time for a truck. Many of my coworkers have chosen dodge in the last few years and none of them have been complaining. So I called mini-van, it was time for a truck. Many of my coworkers have chosen dodge in the last few years and none of them have been complaining. So I called around, trying to find the best deal I could. "Anywhere but at Reno Dodge" is what I was thinking. I have had HORRID experiences there in the past. Rotten sales people, and horrible treatment, so bad I never actually even got close to purchasing something. But this time changed my mind. Our sales person, Chris Baker was great and pleasant...and when we had a question above his pay grade he was happy to take it to "Mo". Mo was straight forward and gave us a better deal than any other place I could find. Not from Sacramento, or even from Dave Smith. This may not be a regular thing, but it worked for me this time. Our process was smooth and seemed short for these kinds of deals. My Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab in red was just what I wanted. It was too late to get me a full tank from their gas supplier, so they let me come back later to fill the tank up to full. Great customers service on everyone's part. So considering I have a new truck, I can only review the great experience I had from sales. Hopefully I will remember to come back and throw down a good review for the service department. One final note....don't beat around the bush and ask for Chris...I really don't think he will do you wrong. More
