And the Service Writer Ben Ownings had nothing but attitude on several warranty items on my vehicle. In addition to this we were getting the stare down from one of there mechanics or shop hands. We both felt uncomfortable and unwanted at this dealership. Ive had warranty work completed at Acura of reno. Champion. Hyundai and kia and all have been great. Over all DODGE OF RENO IS HORRIBLE AND LIVES UP TO ITS REPUTATION. We didnt even let them touch our car. Do yourself a fovor take your vehicle to carson dodge or lithia chrysler they can do all warranty work on dodge. More

My dealings with Reno Dodge were fantastic. I was given a number of choices of trucks to look at and drive. I left after the first visit as I could not make up my mind on the truck I wanted (color and equipm number of choices of trucks to look at and drive. I was still undecided on the right vehicle. After long and careful consideration I decided on a RAM 1500 Express. I contacted the Sales Manager Brian Costello and asked if he would still honor the trade in price he offered on the previous visit. He agreed. I came back picked out the truck and Brian honored the price 100%. No haggling no back peddling just made the agreement and kept it. He did not try to boost the price of the truck I selected, it was sold to me at the advertised price. In addition while waiting for the financing and paper work I was offered a better price on several accessory's due to a decent credit rating. Mo, whom I had met on a previous visit made the deal work on my added options.I got the truck I wanted with no problems or pressure. This was my third visit. Still no pressure and I was able to take my time and make an informed decision. If you treat people that way they will come back. I will recommend Reno Dodge to my friends and associates and expect they will be treated fairly and honest. Thank-you Reno Dodge and all the staff that assisted in my purchase. And the finance manager was very pleasant and completed my transaction in a reasonable amount of time. More

I highly DO NOT recommend Reno Dodge. We traded in a used Subaru and bought a used VW Rabbit. They originally told us they would give us $1000 for our nice newer Subaru. I wanted to walk away when they chang Subaru and bought a used VW Rabbit. They originally told us they would give us $1000 for our nice newer Subaru. I wanted to walk away when they changed the deal to where it would be an even trade, but my son really wanted the VW. The salesman PROMISED us we would "pay no monies out of our pocket" and the cost sheet they showed us did not include the CA. taxes we were subsequently charged for. We went back to the management to give them the chance to make this right. The sales manager was rude and very unhelpful. They are dishonest and I highly recommend NOT doing business with Reno dodge. "Friends don't let friends trade with Reno Dodge. BTW They also didn't respect our time and left my wife and son there for hours awaiting someone to write up the paperwork. More
