Larry was great , he went the extra mile to accomadate our needs when purchasing a vehicle for my family and busines . This was the worst car buying experience I could have immagined! I had done my research online and knew exactly what I wanted. I found a car locally that suited my needs, but it was an undesirable colo immagined! I had done my research online and knew exactly what I wanted. I found a car locally that suited my needs, but it was an undesirable color. I called PJ at Reno Dodge to inquire about a similar car. I asked if he could meet or beat the local price for a car they had in stock. I told him the price I would pay and exactly what additions I wanted. He said he assumed he could do it, checked with his manager (who he said was later fired), and stated that it was approved and would be no problem, they could do it. He even offered delivery. I am in California, so the dealing over phone and fax. When I tried to pay, the price was increased $1000. I protested. We bickered over the last $100 above the agreed price. Finally, I spoke with the manager, Moe, who again approved the initial agreement. I asked PJ to Fed Ex or fax me the agreement. He sent faxes with something left out each time, all the while stating it was a legitimate dealership and our agreement would be maintained after I sent a down payment. I was given many rediculous reasons why he couldn't send me the paperwork to confirm our agreement. Being frustrated about lack of written agreement, I spoke with another manager (I think his name was Brian). He told me the agreed price was simply too low. I let him know that we had come to a specific agreement with a set price. He said he would get back to me the following day to tell me for sure wheather he could keep the agreement or not. He had both my cell and home numbers, but I never heard from him. This was a huge waste of my time and energy. I was sickened by the sneekiness and lack of honesty. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this dealership! More

We dealt primarily with Larry as Robert was not feeling well. He was quite friendly and courteous and took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. I would have given all five points except I had two problems. #1 the quality of work missed five because the bluetooth does not work and now we have to make a 120 mile round trip to get it fixed, I ex problems. #1 the quality of work missed five because the bluetooth does not work and now we have to make a 120 mile round trip to get it fixed, I expect a new car to have zero problems on the day of purchase. #2 overall experance would have been a five but the finance person added on a dealer installed alarm that we did not ask for and was not disclosed until the paperwork was being done, at that time I asked what the alarm was for and he said it was installed on all of you cars and it was for safety reasons and I had to have it and he was rude about it. I told him the car has factory installed alarm and he said I agreed to the price prior to, yet the alarm was not disclosed in the write up I agreed to. This I feel was fraud and I still have no need for the alarm. He stated someone will come to our home and turn it on. I would like to have the $299.00 refunded. If I do not see a refund then I feel it is my obligation as a consumer to warn other consumers via the internet sites, friends and family to watch out for this needless mark up at your dealership. The salesman Kerby was great and a pleasure to work with, but the finance persons attitude and alarm scam ruined my experance. More

These two guys are the best, i like people that are upfront and likeable and that is exactly what i got. They went above and beyond to get my business. I visited other dealers that didnot come close upfront and likeable and that is exactly what i got. They went above and beyond to get my business.
