The reason I gave Reno Dodge a five out of five rating, is that there was not one area of the entire experience that was not pleasant. I had a great overall experience, however during the negotiation preocess, the financial officer(not the sales rep) I spoke with allowed me to walk out of the dealership when I told them I could only pu negotiation preocess, the financial officer(not the sales rep) I spoke with allowed me to walk out of the dealership when I told them I could only put $500 down...and evn that was a financial hardship for me. He said they could only make the deal with $1,000...the bank wouldn't allow it. I siad I could not afford that much, so he said "Maybe we can make a deal some other time" and I left the dealership. I drove off the lot, but on my way home, not five minutes after leaving, I receive a call that $600 down would be okay. I asked why now $600 was okay instead of $1,000 demanded and further explain to me why $100 made the difference for the bank between my offer of $500. I received no explanation. More
