Having purchased my first car from Reno Dodge a long time ago, and one since then, I was familiar with some of the faces there. I bought 2 New Trucks at Reno Dodge... The first time this happened, I fell for it... the 2nd time this happened I said, "if I drive all the way back there to sign a new contract, You just bought your truck back".. They said, "that's o.k. we will forget it..Every little way to get a penny out of you they have it down to an art.. They WON"T DEAL with you.... they give YOU their DEAL after "wearing you out" for hours and hours..I will only buy from Carson Dodge from now on.. They are HONEST, and up front!!! More

However, a kind informative man approached me only when I appeared to have a question. He was so helpful and treated me with respect and dignity throughout the entire process. He honestly changed my outlook on buying a car. He helped me find the perfect car for my lifestyle and set me up with a really low interest rate, just like their advertising promised. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be satisfied with not only their purchase, but the way the sales process is conducted as well. More

I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from these yo-yos. Price was right, terms were good, and they gave me a good price on the heap I traded in. I get 2 miles away and realize the radio does not work. I call back the next day and they tell me it's not covered in the extended warranty they conned me into purchasing and that it worked when I left, etc. Turns out the cable from radio to antenna was cut and these losers won't do anything to help get it fixed. Maybe if you buy new, you're ok...but when it comes to used vehicles....avoid them like the plague they are! Don't buy any extended warranty from them as it covers....um actually nothing. They suck! The service is abysmal. I went in for a simple part replacement as part of a recall notice. The first time I left it in and came back at the end of the day only to find that the part wasn't available replacement as part of a recall notice. The first time I left it in and came back at the end of the day only to find that the part wasn't available (they could have checked this before I left it in, or gave me a call to tell me I'd have to come back). Next time, I tried to leave it but was again told the part was not there. When can you have the part here, I asked? Wednesday, I'm told. So I bring it back Wednesday and leave it again for the day only to return at the end of the day and no one had even looked at it (they were busy with more important work and hadn't bothered to call me to tell me it wouldn't be done today. "You can leave it overnight, can't you?" I was asked. "NO. I need my car", I replied). Since I have no choice (only Dodge dealer in town), I leave it for another day, at which time they finally get it done. All in all, this "important safety recall" only took a month or so to get completed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I LEAVE MY CAR AT RENO DODGE FOR SERVICE OR BUY A CAR THERE. More

Car dealerships can always be a scarey place but when you are a woman and you are told you dont know what you are talking about and you do, this can be very upsetting. I went here to get aprice quote on thier new Dodge Hemi Sport adn they informed me this vehicle didnt exist. The I asked if they had a yellow Neon and they told me yes they just got some new ones in. So after walking all the way over - three lots away, to my surprise there were NO yellow neons. So they ask me, 'Does it have to be yellow'? The sales people have no clue as to what is on thier lots, they are not familiar with Dodge products and they are on you so fast when you pull into the lot its not even funny. I do not reccommend Reno Dodge at all. More
