I think Stacey is doing her best to help customers like us who were with LEXUS for a decade or more, but We experienced lately that for any small maintenance or change oil/filter costs us big money, I.e $5 us who were with LEXUS for a decade or more, but We experienced lately that for any small maintenance or change oil/filter costs us big money, I.e $500 to a thousand and we keep on going back for the same problem, your mechanic/technicians are not doing their job well, they are just for money to pay their wages. Please educate your maintenance people to do the job with honesty and reliability, Remember, SERVICE is the life of your company to continue to exist, sales is only secondary to service, once your service is going down, same thing with your sales! It was not before like that, maybe you’ve got inefficient maintenance, can you please check all these people and make it sure they are well trained to do the job?
