Horrendous from start to finish. First and last time. The check in was very slow. Dropped car at 10AM and they didn't start until 5pm (The app tells me if doors or hood is open). Promised me the car back the same day and then told me they would need it the next morning too. Zero communication from them unless I contacted them myself. On day 2 nobody called me, and I finally called at 1PM. Car was ready and asked why they were not contacting me, and he said, "I was at lunch." They didn't have the "grease" they needed to lubricate a part so I would have to bring my car back a second time (I am not). The technician stated my tires were inflated to 36psi. They were not. All 4 were low at 31psi when I picked up the car. Raises concern about what else didn't happen as promised. Person I interacted with when I picked up my car was rude. Oh, when I initially called for an oil change and a tire rotation I was quoted over $800 for some inspection service nonsense. Then about $275 when I didn't want that and they asked if that was OK. I said, "Only if that's the least I can pay for an oil change and a tire rotation." Only then did I get the real price of around $215. When I picked up the car there was an extra charge for $21. I asked what that was and he said, "shop towels." I asked why wasn't that included in the quote? He took it off but then in my haste to get the xxxx out of there I noticed when I got home, he did not remove that charge. I received a text from him later that evening thanking me and responded asking for the $21. No response! I've been to a lot of car dealers in my life and this was the most unpleasant experience by a factor of 10. Be prepared to advocate for yourself every step of the way. Highly recommend taking a video or photos of your car before it goes in. Mark your tires so you know if they were rotated as promised. I feel so fortunate that I never ever have to go back to Dolan Toyota again. More
Had an issue with my Corolla, which turned out to be a leaking coolant bypass valve. Repair work was completed satisfactorily, at no cost, as Toyota is aware of problems with this component. Had the worst experience in the service depart on 8/18/25. My appointment was at 7:45am for a basic oil change. This was not completed until 2:30 pm. There was no communication from the service advisor, even after I left him 2 voicemails. He never returned my phone call I called and talked to a manager. He stated there was an issue with the paper work. But again, I'm not sure why that would prevent a call back after 2 voice mails. The whole service department seems to be disorganized since the moment i arrived. A lot of employees around, but just seem to be standing around. This included what seemed to be a few managers as well. All in all, a terrible experience. More
Had to bring my vehicle back three times before it was finally fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy! Extremely dusty on the outside, and the driver's side door panel was filled with dusty foo finally fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy! Extremely dusty on the outside, and the driver's side door panel was filled with dusty footprints, the driver's side floor mat was also covered in dusty footprints. Nothing was put down to protect the floor mats. My passenger side front seat had been reclined as if someone was lounging in my passenger seat. I bought in my vehicle brand new, and it was returned to me looking seven years old. More

My Dealership is the best when it comes to taking care of your vehicle when you come in without an appointment and they got my care ready for me within two hours. I had a low tire flat on the right rear of m your vehicle when you come in without an appointment and they got my care ready for me within two hours.
