Had the worst experience in the service depart on 8/18/25. My appointment was at 7:45am for a basic oil change. This was not completed until 2:30 pm. There was no communication from the service advisor, even after I left him 2 voicemails. He never returned my phone call I called and talked to a manager. He stated there was an issue with the paper work. But again, I'm not sure why that would prevent a call back after 2 voice mails. The whole service department seems to be disorganized since the moment i arrived. A lot of employees around, but just seem to be standing around. This included what seemed to be a few managers as well. All in all, a terrible experience. More
Had to bring my vehicle back three times before it was finally fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy! Extremely dusty on the outside, and the driver's side door panel was filled with dusty foo finally fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was filthy! Extremely dusty on the outside, and the driver's side door panel was filled with dusty footprints, the driver's side floor mat was also covered in dusty footprints. Nothing was put down to protect the floor mats. My passenger side front seat had been reclined as if someone was lounging in my passenger seat. I bought in my vehicle brand new, and it was returned to me looking seven years old. More

My Dealership is the best when it comes to taking care of your vehicle when you come in without an appointment and they got my care ready for me within two hours. I’ve taken it to the dealership 3 times for warranty and they’re telling me that it is not eligible for warranty repair because it still works. Went in for the 30K service at 8:00AM and was told our former Service Consultant only take care of vehicles registering 25K miles. He went ahead and conducted the service. I needed to meet some friends 90 minutes after I arrived. He was going to do an abbreviated service. As it turns out, they performed all the services. I returned to the dealership around 11:15AM. Caleb said the vehicle will be ready 15-20 minutes. Fast forward to 3:00PM, Several times I was told while waiting it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I finally departed at 3:30PM. It would have been nice if I was informed that it would take longer than several 15-20 minutes updates. This was the only time I was somewhat frustrated by the wait time. When my vehicIe reaches the 40K service, I may ask for a Service Advisor who specializes in dealing with all the services associated with the 40K service. Caleb did his very best as he has in the past. This situation was a huge misstep in customer service. More
