I am sharing this experience to ensure other buyers know their rights when dealing with Dolan Toyota. I had a clear, written email agreement for an Out-The-Door (OTD) price of $48,530 on a 2026 Toyota Crown their rights when dealing with Dolan Toyota. I had a clear, written email agreement for an Out-The-Door (OTD) price of $48,530 on a 2026 Toyota Crown (Deal #113651). However, upon arrival, the 'pencil' math changed drastically. Tyler (Manager) and Hector (Sales) presented a worksheet totaling over $59,000. They attempted to pack the deal with $11,803 in undisclosed 'Pro Packs' and fees, a blatant attempt to claw back the discount I had already negotiated. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and a violation of NRS 598. I refused to be bullied into an extra $11k in junk fees. I informed the management that I would be filing formal complaints with the Nevada DMV Compliance Enforcement Division. Only when faced with the threat of a state investigation did the GM, Casey Yukon, step in to honor the original price. While I eventually purchased the vehicle at the agreed-upon price, no consumer should have to threaten a dealership's license just to get them to stand by their word. Purchased an oil change for my 21 Venza. This car has only been serviced by the dealer for 85K miles. Wife brought it home about noon. I came home from work at 6PM and found a large puddle of fresh oil under the car. Oil was sprayed all under the car, and I can see it pooled on top of the plastic undercarriage. No resolution yet, unfortunately this happened on Friday and I have to wait until Monday to see what the dealer can do about this. So I’ve lost the use of my car for a few days. More

Horrendous from start to finish. First and last time. The check in was very slow. Dropped car at 10AM and they didn't start until 5pm (The app tells me if doors or hood is open). Promised me the car back the same day and then told me they would need it the next morning too. Zero communication from them unless I contacted them myself. On day 2 nobody called me, and I finally called at 1PM. Car was ready and asked why they were not contacting me, and he said, "I was at lunch." They didn't have the "grease" they needed to lubricate a part so I would have to bring my car back a second time (I am not). The technician stated my tires were inflated to 36psi. They were not. All 4 were low at 31psi when I picked up the car. Raises concern about what else didn't happen as promised. Person I interacted with when I picked up my car was rude. Oh, when I initially called for an oil change and a tire rotation I was quoted over $800 for some inspection service nonsense. Then about $275 when I didn't want that and they asked if that was OK. I said, "Only if that's the least I can pay for an oil change and a tire rotation." Only then did I get the real price of around $215. When I picked up the car there was an extra charge for $21. I asked what that was and he said, "shop towels." I asked why wasn't that included in the quote? He took it off but then in my haste to get the xxxx out of there I noticed when I got home, he did not remove that charge. I received a text from him later that evening thanking me and responded asking for the $21. No response! I've been to a lot of car dealers in my life and this was the most unpleasant experience by a factor of 10. Be prepared to advocate for yourself every step of the way. Highly recommend taking a video or photos of your car before it goes in. Mark your tires so you know if they were rotated as promised. I feel so fortunate that I never ever have to go back to Dolan Toyota again. More
