Very disrespectful dealership. The sales manager here lied about trying to give us a deal and wasted our time, coming back with the same price after keeping us waiting for 20 minutes. They also lied about evaluating our trade in, saying they were test driving it, when we could see that they had moved it but were not evaluating it at all. I thought we had all moved beyond these kind of used car tricks but apparently this place hasn’t. More

My husband and I were looking to replace a current vehicle which had quite a few miles. We had been test driving different makes and models to determine which would work best for our needs. We pulled vehicle which had quite a few miles. We had been test driving different makes and models to determine which would work best for our needs. We pulled into Toyota without an appointment and was promptly greeted by Doug Chinchilla. I explained our situation and told him what we would be interested in viewing. He took us to a Highlander XLE V6 AWD and proceeded to explain all the functions and had us push the buttons so we could try things out before we went on to the test drive. He is very knowledgeable and happy to repeat just to make sure you understand how it all works. When we came back from the test drive he showed us another option we may want to consider which was the RAV4 Hybrid. We took that for a spin as well. We talked about the differences between both vehicles, again Doug is very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions or concerns. He showed us the possibilities and the rest was up to us. We came back and bought both vehicles! Doug definitely went the extra mile and got us great pricing too! It was a wonderful experience doing business with Doug and Dolan Toyota.
