Amazing personal service. Brian, Zac and Dakota are an amazing team with customer service professionalism second to none! I have very minimal credit history to work with but th Brian, Zac and Dakota are an amazing team with customer service professionalism second to none! I have very minimal credit history to work with but they got it done. I was actually expecting the deal not to go through because I hadn't heard anything for a couple of days but when I was called to come down to finish it up to my surprise the outcome was much better than we had originally planned thought. They saved me thousands of dollars with lower monthly payments and a shorter payment contact. Simply amazing! This dealership has a new customer for life, and anyone I know looking for a new vehicle will get my referral. Thanks Guys.... John and Liz Ray More

Chandler Kasper the product specialist wasn't pushy but easygoing, he knew the vehicle, was friendly, professional and made the experience a pleasure. Richard Gardner the finance manager was also friendly and professional. He explained all the documents to me in a thorough manner so that I understood them. Ally Cobb the delivery specialist was also friendly and professional, knew the vehicle programming functions, what the buttons did, synced my iphone with the blue tooth and went through various functions of the vehicle which helped immensely. Unfortunately there was another gentlemen I met at the end before leaving and I lost his card, but he was also very friendly and professional and gave me a welcome box with two Toyota key chains. I apologize for not having his name and title for the review. I cannot express enough how friendly, professional, efficient and helpful all of the individuals were who I dealt with when leasing my new vehicle. The 2017 Toyota Rav 4 LE is a dream to drive!!!! An unexpected pleasure! I cannot begin to express how much both my wife and I enjoyed our car buying experience with the Dolan Auto Group Team. We were treated with the utmos I cannot begin to express how much both my wife and I enjoyed our car buying experience with the Dolan Auto Group Team. We were treated with the utmost dignity and respect as we went through the process. Our initial contact on the lot with Mr. Steven Umphress who put us at ease and took us on a first class tour of available vehicles and options and made it quickly apparent that he is well versed in the Toyota product line. Please ask him about the $24 down option. Then it was on to Mr. Zac in finance who carried us painlessly (at least for us) through the myriad of paperwork and signatures and explained every facet of maintenance and warranty plans in a way which even I could comprehend. We were then introduced to Kayla in the parts department who couldn't have been any nicer, even though she was obviously quite busy at the time. Last but certainly not least was our Delivery Specialist Mr. Tyler Larsen who is an absolute rock star in terms of the features and operation of our new ride. Believe you me I must have interrupted him maybe 4 or 147 times and he was oh so kind and patient with all of my bad jokes, stories, and questions. Steven, Zac, and Tyler you fellas made this so special for my wife and I that I hope this review is seen by the Big Cheese and you are treated at least to a tasty lunch, Capriotti's or one of my favorites Deli Towne in the Chevron station at Lakeside and Moana. The best place I've gone to! Over the years I have been looking for the perfect place to buy vehicles from. I've purchased many different makes and figured I'd try a Toyota. I got there and I was immediately helped out by a gentleman who's name is Guillermo. He greeted us and was very professional by asking us if we have been here before. After we've told him our story about our horrible visits and nightmares at our dealerships, he laughed and said don't worry. Here at Dolan Toyota we treat you like family. Where we won't pressure you to purchase unless we have the right vehicle that meets your needs. Sure enough we found two vehicles. There was the highlander and the 4runner that we liked. And after asking a few more questions. We decided to go with the highlander. They even had the color I wanted! After the test drive. We were just waiting to take the vehicle home. We went inside and talked numbers and that took almost an hour. I feel like we got a really good deal on it. Once we signed he took us on a tour of the facility and I have to say it is huge!!!!! My finance guy was JJ. And he made it easy as well. He didn't push us to buy warranties ( even though we did). He was very knowledgeable on what he does. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership. It is the best one in town!! Guillermo also told me if I have problems to go directly to Brady's office and he told me exactly where to find it. So Brady. Beware!! More
