Initially, my review was going to be a one star review. I had my f-150 serviced by Don Addsen Ford on July 27, 2026. The wait time seemed excessive – 4 and a half hours for the following: three open rec I had my f-150 serviced by Don Addsen Ford on July 27, 2026. The wait time seemed excessive – 4 and a half hours for the following: three open recalls – engine block heater (core replacement), power train control module reprogram, carpet shield replacement along with transmission fluid service and tire pressure sensor replacement. Three issues resulted in my initial one star review. 1. The charge for the tire sensor replacement ( $172.98 with $91.98 being the cost of the sensor – by the way, a person can buy ford sensors for a set of 4 for about $45.00 on Amazon and a local tire company has quoted a price of $65.00 for the sensor and replacement.) 2. I had to reset my digital speedometer. 3. I discovered that the tech failed to return my headlights to their original position. These last two may seem like trivial items, but they do shine the light on the lack of attention to details. Note: Regarding number one, I should have asked for the estimated charge, but I did not because I could not imagine the charge to be beyond $100.00. The change from a one star review has taken place because I contacted the service manager the following day to express my concerns. The interaction with the service manager was very positive. She listened to my concerns and responded with a refund of $81.00 for the tire sensor replacement. In addition, I asked if was possible for a written apology from the technician. She assured me that was possible and I did receive a nice apology from the technician. Therefore, I feel comfortable giving a four star review. And I also learned a valuable lesson in asking for the estimate before having the service done. Lee Engbretson More

Bought online ,Maralea was the only person I worked with and things went easy. Paper work on the purchased F-150 and on our trade in was no hassle. I broke down on the highway outside of Missoula, Montana after losing an Electronic Brake Controller. I was unable to move my 27 foot Travel Trailer. I was literally parked on private farm ground.
