The service that was requested appears to have been completed. That being said, it was planned through an app, which did not work, so it was done late. The conversation with my associate was totally unclear: “the system was down” so he couldn’t tell me what was done; costs were changed, when I finally did get a receipt it was a photograph of the receipt, not even a scan. A multipoint inspection was paid for and apparently done, but the associate couldn’t tell me what was done and said “that tech doesn’t always write down what was done”. I didn’t know what passed and what didn’t. $180 per hour?! I could go on but my thumbs are getting numb. Just reinforces my disdain for dealer service. More
