She let me call back and contact her and it was a week later. I can't tell you how much as a consumer that I appreciated it. When I did contact Michelle she was pleasant and very helpful. She kept me informed every step of the way and even told me she would contact me on her day off if my deal was approved. How many of us work on our day off too? I buy a new car about every 3 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. After I accepted the deal Michelle took the time to video a walk around of my new vehicle and send it to me; I loved it and shared it with family and friends and they loved the video. The finance representative (Jerry) went the extra mile too. He had me in and I agreed to the financing and signed the papers and he called me back that evening and got me better financing with another lender. Seriously how many people go the extra mile in their jobs. If all this wasn't enough to sell me on this dealership, the reception Katie kept me entertained while waiting for my car and I'm sure she had better things to do, but you wouldn't have known it. She made me feel comfortable and the time flew while I was waiting. I have used other Chevrolet dealers and I won't go back. I'm sold on Don Brown Chevrolet. More
