Was misled by advertisement I went in to Don brown with my wife because we was upside down on our current impala and they advertise that they could help get you out of that situa I went in to Don brown with my wife because we was upside down on our current impala and they advertise that they could help get you out of that situation .so we went in believing them well we dealt with Christopher James he is ok. We walked around picked out a car 2017 Camaro .went in filled out paper work he ran credit said we was good the car we picked out had price of 21000 and said it was reg 27000 then he went in back came back told us that sale was no longer .but said he would still give us a good deal well we owed 16000 on our car so they offered us 6 for our car then took other 10000 added it to other car so after he got done the car we had picked was now over 35000 then he told us the car we wanted was only worth 27000 so it would prob be hard to get bank to do loan and also by the time he got done with figures we was getting out of one upside down car and he was putting us back into another upside down car then he was supposed to call us back by 6 sat before they closed ended up calling sun Eve at 6 .to inform me no bank would take the jacked up deal but he could do it if we wanted to go with a cheaper car ..so no thanks don't brown .I'll not do business with dealers that are dishonest and false advertise ...FYI I will be lodgeing a complaint with bbb also .and I'll not do business or recommend you to anyone in fact I'll be warning people not to deal with you either just another misleading crooked car dealer More

Be careful they have sales reps who does not know the meaning of "selling with integrity ". We purchased a truck close to a week after signing all the documents they have sales reps who does not know the meaning of "selling with integrity ". We purchased a truck close to a week after signing all the documents then the sales rep called & stated I needed to come sign the paperwork so that he could get paid (odd but ok). Well the paperwork was some forms displaying a little list of items that needed to be repaired & they weren't covered by the warranty & that I was aware of the repairs. (Me thinking) oh yes after I have signed all the documents and had the truck. Failure to disclose information, really? So I was stated to speak with his boss who was conveniently not available. BE AWARE & CAREFUL. More
