I brought my Honda crv for a steering issue to don Carlton Honda. This issue is in recall for 1.7 crv vehicles currently. I paid $200 for a diagnostic on the issue. Verdict- they say I need a new rack Carlton Honda. This issue is in recall for 1.7 crv vehicles currently. I paid $200 for a diagnostic on the issue. Verdict- they say I need a new rack and pinion unit after 65000miles. Cost is $4976. The part was quoted at $4200. I looked up a new part, not refurbished, new. Cost is $1500 online. That price plus $760 labor is something I would hate but would agree to pay. I feel the service department priced me out the door. No more don Carlton and likely no more Hondas. My last Toyota was flawless product. More
Took my car in on Veterans day with a leak from the heavy rain the Saturday before Veterans Day. Did not hear from anyone until the following week and they told me it was the seal on the sunroof. They left rain the Saturday before Veterans Day. Did not hear from anyone until the following week and they told me it was the seal on the sunroof. They left the car outside on the lot locked with windows up for 3 weeks before working on the vehicle. $2,076.00 later I now have a car that has black mold in it. Can not get the service manager Kristi Cates to return my call. Will never use this dealership again. Worse experience ever with a dealership. Now working with an attorney and insurance company. More

Always get a second opinion before going to Don Carlton Honda. More
Just had my 2019 Honda HR-V routine oil and filter change at the Express Service. Everyone was polite and friendly. I waited a total of 48 minutes and they washed my car to boot. Took my car for a repair. It took 3 hrs to diagnose, then when they fixed it they caused another problem, blamed it on us and tried to make us pay to have it fixed. We sat in the dealership for 6 hours spen when they fixed it they caused another problem, blamed it on us and tried to make us pay to have it fixed.
