Mary was very accommodating to our urgent need for a large rental car. She offered a dealership mini-van to us for the 3 days that our car was being serviced. Mary was in communication with us routinely about the status of our car, also. More

I had to wait an extra 20-25 minutes to get my Jeep making me late to work. There needs to be better communication between y’all coworkers. I messaged online while I was at work Wednesday during my break and told them they could call me after 330pm when I would be home from work. I got a call at 130 from the service department and they said they had no mention of the time on their side. More
