Damian was a solid guy and represented the dealer very well. Not too much interaction with Abraham, but seemed to portray a positive attitude and good sense of humor. Chris was willing to get out and assist the service guy clean the purchased vehicle. Cody was very easy to connect with and was compromising, but in a firm way, to reach a fair deal for both of us. Major downside: The vehicle features misrepresented on the dealer site advertising , which was very sketchy! Cody did a good job, in a straight talk way, his apology but that the vehicle was priced according to actual features, not advertised features. Don't mislead your customers, especially in print! The situation was taken care of in a minimal amout of time. The car would not start so I took the car to a non Chyrsler mechainc up the street from me. . He said it was the key. He said to buy a new battery. I did and it still would not start so I had it towed to Don Davis. They also said it was the key was an 'after market' key and not a Chrysler key and fob. Who knew?.
