Valued This experience was better than last time I visited. My previous visit I had made an appointment to have a car ding fixed and I was having issues with This experience was better than last time I visited. My previous visit I had made an appointment to have a car ding fixed and I was having issues with my pasenger seat not locking. I came in at 7am and the service advisor was not friendly at all. I explained what I needed fix and she took notes.I didn't receive a call all day to until I called at 4pm to get any progress about my car. I received a call back at 5pm. I get to the dealership and the car ding is not fixed. I have to now make another appointment to get this fixed. As for this visit the service advisor had great customer service and was knowledgeable. Wait time was a little long but typical for a holiday weekend. More

NO COMMUNICATION MY VEHICLE WAS DROPPED OFF ON A TUESDAY BY THURSDAY NO ONE HAD CALLED ME AT ALL TO INFORM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I CALLED FRIDAY MY SERVICE GUY INFOR MY VEHICLE WAS DROPPED OFF ON A TUESDAY BY THURSDAY NO ONE HAD CALLED ME AT ALL TO INFORM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I CALLED FRIDAY MY SERVICE GUY INFORMED ME THAT THE TOTAL WOULD BE AND THAT THEY WOULD START ON IT SATURDAY. I CALLED MONDAY AND VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED NOR DID ANYONE BOTHER TO CALL ME. WHEN I CALLED MONDAY I ASKED FOR THEM TO GO AHEAD AND CHANGE MY OIL IN MY CAR ALSO.
