Had new jeep serviced for oil change 5,000 miles. Got home and noticed service tech didn't tighten the nut so oil was leaking. Also, was told when i picked up the vehicle the 1st time that they rotated t home and noticed service tech didn't tighten the nut so oil was leaking. Also, was told when i picked up the vehicle the 1st time that they rotated the tires which included the spare tire got home took the tire cover off the spare and noticed they did not rotate the spare tire like they told me because the vehicle was brand new and the spare still had the writing on the side walls. I really wished that I didn’t purchase my car there because the service department is terrible. Hello, I am very impressed with the quality of your workmanship. However, I think you customer service leaves much to be desired. My vehicle was at your service center for better than two weeks. Thi workmanship. However, I think you customer service leaves much to be desired. My vehicle was at your service center for better than two weeks. This caused me to have to use a rental car. Most of which my insurance company covered. I was shocked when I went to pick up my car and discovered your company and Enterprise couldn't play nice together. I was forced to drive the rental car back to the Enterprise facility and wait of them to give me a ride back to the dealership. Really! I'm sorry, this was decidedly inconvenient and time consuming. It also did not leave me with a very good impression of your organization. In short it upset me and I am reconsidering my options for future service. In addition, there was some body work I needed accomplished. I submitted a claim to my insurance company and they cut a check and sent to your company. Imagine my surprise with I picked up my vehicle and was told the reason the body work was not accomplished was because your body shop was not situated on the same campus as your dealership. Again, Really! You mean your organization is so dysfunctional you couldn't arrange with your body shop and your service center to get my vehicle taken to the body shop and get the work accomplished. Customer Service, I don't think so. Now I have to make arrangements to bring my vehicle back to your body shop and go back through this process again. I am not a happy camper. Hence the reason I only rated my experience with Don Davis Dodge Service Center three stars. I am in the customer service business and I can assure you this is not the way my company treats their customers. I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon and I can assure you this experience will weigh heavily on my choice of Manufactures and my expectations of post sale service. I have used your service center, since I bought my Cherokee, for all my service needs. I can assure you I will be considering other options. As a post script, I was impressed with the service representative I dealt with. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The service advisor and their manager were very nice and eager to assist, however my car now makes a noise that was no happening before the car was serviced.
