I liked working with Mary. I feel like my car was fixed. She was also very kind and took the time to explain future service repairs. One forgot to get back with me ( I think they're pretty busy, honest mistake I believe). Another adviser was quick to let me know that this wouldn't be a 500-600$ repair and without diagnosis or ever looking at my codes said that it could possibly be a $2500-$3000 fix which is alarming and concerning! I'm grateful that I ended up with the tech and service advisor that I did. They made it a great experience. And I even brought a part from parts. And because of those two (& the parts department) I will definitely patronize again! Thank you! More
