NEW Murano 2015 defective I bought my vehicle Murano 2015 Platinum about 2 weeks ago 11/03/2015. And already took it to service twice. I had 2 major scare while driving my kid I bought my vehicle Murano 2015 Platinum about 2 weeks ago 11/03/2015. And already took it to service twice. I had 2 major scare while driving my kids, the gate star to open and didnt close, the first time that we took to service was 11/10/15 they didnt give me a reason why; they just "RESET" the Murano. Today 11/16/15 we took it again to service for the same reason, I couldn't drive to work or drop off my kids to school becuase the gate was open and didnt close, and on top of that the Murano didn't even notify me that was open, so it just pop open while I was driving. This is my second car that I bought from this place; and I was thinking on getting my 3rd. To what point this supposed to continue until the dealer is responsible to fix it or echange my car? This car was on the "RED TAG" and already had 500+ on it. I wonder if the dealer failed to report to me that this vehicle was defective. We are not happy with the purchase and I dont feel confident driving my NEW VEHICLE any more. ****Sales person was really kind, and helpfull**** The service after the purchase it's a nightmare, you will feel alone in the dark. New Customer I went in to Nissan not ready to buy a car. This was my first stop just trying to test drive cars. I was selective of what I wanted in a car since I I went in to Nissan not ready to buy a car. This was my first stop just trying to test drive cars. I was selective of what I wanted in a car since I knew that I had live with this car for a while. I was working with Octavio Lopez who was very understanding of our needs including our financial situation. He was great to work with very patient. I went through at least 5 changes in my decision but he was still so patient and was willing to go the extra mile. I felt so guilty during this time because I knew this was so stressful for him as it was for me. He was just amazing to work with and I would recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a car. More
