Mr. Williams was very courteous and very professional, he answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable while transacting the business of purchasing a vehicle. This may not seem like much but it was a big deal to us since we had an unfavorable experience at Clay Cooley the day before with one of their salesmen who acted as though he didn't want to sell a car. We had to ask him for his business card. Well it was his loss because we left Don Davis Nissan in our 2015 Nissan Murano SL. very satisfied. Conflicted review So the car salesman Alex was great! Really took time to understand what I wanted from a car then we narrowed it down to my must haves and out on a dec So the car salesman Alex was great! Really took time to understand what I wanted from a car then we narrowed it down to my must haves and out on a decent sized test drive, it was all perfect. I had been shopping around for a few weeks and this was the first non pushy, straighfoward drive. Financing is where the issue came in. The car was priced under 13k, i should've been fine with a 2-3k down. I have a credit score that while it isn't 800 its north of 600. The finance guy had me up to 5k as a down and saying he could not work with that. That's almost half the price of the car. I had more but my cut off was 5k. That's when we left. Alexs was shocked it didnt work out and wished us well. The finance manager seemed seriously disconnnected. It was awkward and cold. Total 180. So yes i'd recommend alex, i wish i'd bothered to remember the finance guy's name. But my advice is get a duo that wants to work with you. More
