After my mom had a car accident and her vehicle deemed "totalled" by the carrier I knew just who I needed to call :) We had such a great experience After my mom had a car accident and her vehicle deemed "totalled" by the carrier I knew just who I needed to call :) We had such a great experience with the last 2 vehicles we had purchased from Don Davis via Jeff Brubaker, I text him as soon as she told me what she was looking for as a replacement. He text back within minutes and we made an appointment to meet at dealers lot in half an hour. When we arrived Jeff already had her choices pulled up to the front by his office and she was delighted to see how easy it was starting out for her. This was actually my moms very first car buying experience, in the past my dad had always bought her vehicles and brought them home to her as surprises....he passed away in 2010. Jeff took her on test drives and was very helpful when she had questions or concerns...he listened and found her the PERFECT car and in her price range as well. She was also thrilled to see how smoothly all the processing went as we signed papers of agreement, went to final closing office and signed those docs and the keys were in her hand within an HOUR of our having arrived at the lot! They even cleaned/detailed the car and Jeff sent it back to service department to look at and fix the squeaky brake sound momma heard while we were in the finance managers office :) lol She is LOVING the luxury feeling of her 2013 Hyundai Sonata SD and looking forward to her first BBQ Dinner with the dealership and other customers that is thrown monthly! She was amazed with the great service package that was given with the purchase - great price for future oil changes, tires serviced and the etching given free !! You have made my mom so very happy Jeff! She was bragging about you at the bank after her visit and her friend there asked for his name and number to call so she can go shopping with Jeff soon! More

Excelent Brandon Williams was my salesman and he new his products. I told him that I was not quite ready to buy/lease, but would come back when I was ready. I decided on the Moreno and went back about 6 weeks later, in the mean time he sent me a birthday card. When I called to see if he was working that day he remembered me and what i was looking for. I gave hie the feathers I was looking for and he told me if they had one on the lot he would have it up front for me when I got there. As it turned out there was not one on the lot but he started the search of other dealers to see if he could locate what I wanted. In the middle of the effort the electric power went out. He ask me if I might be interested in a higher model which would meet my request for feathers.I looked at RL model instead of the RV which I wanted. He pulled up and White RL that was more money than I wanted to spend but after talking with him we were able to get to a price I was willing to pay, more than I had planed but agreeable. Brandon was good to work with. More
