Great Customer Service - from the sales staff through the financing. The process was very quick and they answered every question we had. The only reason I did not give 5 - from the sales staff through the financing. The process was very quick and they answered every question we had. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the old fashioned system of the salesperson having to go discuss our counteroffer with the sales manager and then them not coming back with a definitive counteroffer, just the answer that they could not meet our offer and asking for another offer from us. Eventually, the sales manager did come to speak with us personally and then things went quickly from that point on. Overall it was a very positive experience and a great deal on a great vehicle. Would definitely recommend. More

I've had bad experiences with other dealers, so I was not about to waste a lot of time. It was hot and poor Antonio was sweating hard. The funniest thing happened though. The car I wanted was being sold. As we were walking the lot trying to find the car, a lady drove it through the lot. LOL! It was the only Java colored SL on the lot.
