It had been on my mind to visit Don Davis Nissan in Arlington for a while since finding out that my car was a total loss from an accident, No sooner t It had been on my mind to visit Don Davis Nissan in Arlington for a while since finding out that my car was a total loss from an accident, No sooner than I pulled up and got out my vehicle, Alex Perez was already greeting me. He was so helpful and he really took the time to understand my needs and dilemmas I was faced with at that time. I went in hoping to get a 2013 or 2014 Altima. Alex and Horatio worked out a deal for me in which I was able to drive away in a 2015 Altima. Tears of joy rained down my face because never have I ever had a brand new car. Alex and Horatio were AWESOME!! I was so happy I actually followed my first mind initially and came to Don Davis first. Alex Perez took away my car buying anxiety. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. More

I had called ahead and spoke with Charles, the Used car manager and telling him that we were ready to purchase a Murano and did not want to haggle over price or be treated unfairly or unethically. Charles stated he could match a price and actually was able to beat the price upon our driving the car. On the way to the dealership I received a call from Jonathan Solis stating that he would be helping us. Mr. Solis met us at my car upon arrival and even offered us water to drink while we looked at cars. Our shopping experience was great and the dealership is a class act from start to finish. We were handled financially by Horatio who was a consummate pro. I would give the dealership a Top rating as well as Charles, Jonathan and Horaito who helped us. I will recommend the dealership and think anyone who visits them will agree that they are top notch, and were truly a breath of fresh air after the prior experience that we had elsewhere in Tarrant county. Anyone in the market for a Nissan should take whatever time it takes to get to Don Davis Nissan. I believe they will be glad they did. I would recommend Charles or Jonathan who are professional all the way. More

$3,000 oil change. My wife drop off our 2008 Nissan Versa for an oil change last week with 124 K/miles. The Service lady told my wife the car need over $3,000 of replac My wife drop off our 2008 Nissan Versa for an oil change last week with 124 K/miles. The Service lady told my wife the car need over $3,000 of replacement parts and service. She stressed to my wife that “repairs are needed as soon as possible for safety reasons”. I called the service department and talked to a lady so we could go over the list of repairs here are a few of the items listed. •Cleaning the rear drum brakes for $ 50. How do you do that? •replace of the wiper blades (less 3 months old) main belt (replaced 107 K/miles), •replace the sparks plugs plus removing the intake,($350) If the service person looked at my service history I have a new motor @ 65k under warranty (plugs need to be replaced @ 100k) •Flush the transmission fluid ($350.00) because it “very dirty”. I replaced the unit @ 117K under warranty •Replace left front shock ($458.00) is leaking very bad and replace left front Strut assembly ($1,000) This make not sense. I check the rear shocks and front struts and nothing leaking. The service lady and mechanic wrote a 3 page report of all the things wrong with my car. I just laugh and asked her to please explain to me how can they just pad a work order for pure profit?? I explain to her I have an Automotive Technology, Aircraft Airframe & power plants and Biomedical Equipment Technology Associate Degree from T.S.T.C from Waco, TX. She could not give one good reason for the list. She just told me that the mechanic wrote up the list and she was just going off the paper work. She told me the car is ready and ended the call. If you go to Don Davis please, just read the service reports. I will not go back for anything. More
