Just purchased 2009 Honda Odyssey -but had a little issue I am baaaaack! Completed a review last week after picking up our 2009 Honda Odyssey from Don Davis Nissan PreOwned in Arlington....great experience! Well, in less than 24 hours I was having issues with the new battery they installed going dead on me :( I called my Sales Rep, Jeff Brubaker, and he advised I could return and let the Service Department take a look at it. Pulled up and Carrie Fantasia (Service Advisor) wrote up the work order and sent me back to Jeff to get set up with a vehicle to drive while being checked out. Jeff put me into a new Nissan Quest (wowza!) and said they would be in touch after service department diagnosed problem. The next day Jeff emailed me to advise it was diagnosed as relay issue and replacing the relay that day ...but they also wanted to check other areas to be sure that this did not happen again and I could keep Nissan for the weekend. Monday morning I got a call from Carrie that work is done, van ready to go when I could get by -that they would be there until 7pm. I went on over there to pick up and she explained to me that the AC System was drawing even when van was turned off-so they replaced the relay for A/C clutch and also noted the A/C was not cooling well SO....they added Freon . She also noticed that it was due inspection, so they completed inspection for me as well per new Two Step State Inspection for 1996 and newer vehicles! I look at the invoice they had me sign to release ....and tons of "N/C" and ZEROS in the Total Column :) :) :) I am again so very pleased we were introduced to Don Davis Auto Group in 2012 !! Every aspect of sales and service from these folks is BEYOND Excellence!! Cannot wait until they get their buildings completed and we can get back to the monthly FREE BBQ Dinner and Prize Drawings that Duane and I with our granddaughters so enjoy!! Thanks Jeff Brubaker and Carrie Fantasia for saving me once again!! More
Awesome, as usual, returning to this dealership to another! When we first visited Don Davis Pre Owned location in 2012 to look at Honda Odyssey we found online we were pleasantly surprised! Our Sales Rep, Jeff Bruebaker, was very knowledgable on with all information we needed on the vehicle to make our purchasing decision...he worked diligently to get the terms of financing to suit our needs...we were in and driving out with our van in just a few hours. Those hours spent working our exchange of vehicles were very relaxing (best car buying experience EVER) and did not feel any of the pressure we usually have when visiting other dealerships....SO....when it came time to upgrade to newer Honda, the first person we thought to contact was Jeff. I emailed him and he responded right away that he would look for one. I heard from him every 3 days updating me of status of search and then yesterday I got the email showing "Odyssey Has Landed" !! We went out to the dealership, saw it and it was PERFECT- had all the bells and whistles too! We sat down to work out terms and trade in, and again within the next hour we were signing and getting sale completed. We made arrangements to pick up Van today after soccer practice. When we arrived, it was sparkling clean inside and out, full tank of gas and thoroughly checked out to be sure all mechanics were sound and even had new tires put on it! Happy Happy Happy and would recommend Jeff Bruebaker and Don Davis on I-20 to all!! Their service department is awesome as well...giving great deals on Oil Changes etc. to customers of Don Davis ! More

We have been customers of Don Davis for over 10 years, and have purchased and influenced others to purchase around 15 vehicles for over $300,000. Don Davis really knows how to take care of their customers. The people at Don Davis seem more like friends than car dealers, as have proven over the years they are really looking out for us. Jeff Brubaker even had balloons in his office to greet us. He also made our purchase go really quick and smoothly... He also took extra time to make sure our phones were set up in the car before we left. Whether a person buys new or used, as we have done both so many times, the experience is always excellent... as always we get a great value for our money every time we purchase. Service Center is Terrible I purchased a 2013 Juke two years ago, when I purchased the vehicle I purchased the extended 3 year service package thinking it was a great deal. WRON I purchased a 2013 Juke two years ago, when I purchased the vehicle I purchased the extended 3 year service package thinking it was a great deal. WRONG. The quality of service I receive because I do not have to pay anything at the counter is awful. One more than one occasion it has taken 60+ minutes for an oil change, never in my previous car has it ever taken more than 30 minutes. The first issue I had is when they had to keep my car for a few days, it was like pulling teeth to get a loaner car because I unfortunately am not independently wealthy and have people in my life to tote me to work and school for a few days. The second issue is when I scheduled for an oil change after work one day, when I arrived after 30 minutes of being in the waiting room I was told that they can't do my oil change because there is a recall on the timing belt but it is an all day fix and I would have to leave it there overnight. Again, at 5PM I am calling trying to get a ride from someone to get me from a dealership because they don't do loaner cars for over night stays. The next day, when it was suppose to be finished by the end of the day I get a phone call at 4PM stating they don't have the part and it will be another day until I can get my car. They have had my car for 24 hours now and are just now realizing they don't have the part. The last straw...today. I made an appointment for my oil change, thinking it would take 30 minutes. I should up a few minutes early like I do to any appointment I make for anything and I'm told that it will take over an hour for an oil change because some walkins came in and there are 8 people in front of me and only 8 technicians. WHY do I even make appointments if you are going to allow walk-ins to be served first?! I took off work to make a specific time and yet walk-ins are treated first. Unacceptable. I will never purchase a Nissan again solely because their service center lacking the service. More
