Made It Happen I was having a conversation with a coworker and mentioned my husband needed a car and Raza made it happen! I was able to look on line and find the vehicle that I know my husband wanted and Raza made it happen. After viewing the vehicle in person the only thing that was missing was the leather interior that I knew my husband would desire. Raza once again made it happen. Financing approved, trade in accepted drove off in the car to surprise my husband with an Armada and a Big Red Bow because yes Raza made it happen. One week later the chocolate brown contrast stitching leather was installed and became the icing on the cake because Raza made it happen. After having the same vehicle for the past 9 years you really have no clue on what the new/newer car experience will hold. But I tell you what it feels really good!. Just bought a new 2015 Murano Met Devonne Hart as we were pulling in. He was friendly and not pushy (would be the kiss of death). I wasn't sure this was the car we would buy and he gave us the figures with trade in. We left and there was no hassle or pressure. That was Saturday and my wife and I tossed it around and the next day, I called him to finalize a few details...he called us back in a few minutes even though it was Sunday. We met on Monday morning and there were no "surprises". Devonne was pleasant patient, and very attentative throughout...I can be a "little" demanding but all went well and it was a pleasant buying experience. When we were having difficulty setting up the blue tooth for the phone (this is a brand new design just out a few days so it is understandable for no one to know all the exact settings). he came with us over to service and stayed with us until the service manager finally figured it out...great customer concern. I would certainly recommend him. More

Finis took our desires and showed us two vehicles. after deciding on one with a slight modification (adding leather) finis took my Ford truck(had it appraised) and gave me an outstaning price and a very fair trade for my vehicle. After we agreed to the Price, Mr Alvarado gave us a fantastic financing package. The bottom line is I walked out with a Brand new Nissan Rogue 2015. These two individuals are consummate professionals and are a credit to your dealership. They should be commended and rewarded appropriately. This is the second Nissan I bought from Don Davis (previous is a 2010 Altima my wife still drives and loves). I would definitely recommend your dealership to everyone. Raza Inthanongsack I have been to several dealership and spoken to plenty of salesman and all professional; but none compare to Raza. Since we walked in and out of Don Davis Raza treated us with the best customer service. My husband I were walking into the dealership nervous and hoping to make the right decision; I mean come on this is a car we are buying!! But with Raza he made everything so simple to understand which helped us feel more comfortable with the decision we were making. Not only did he help my husband which by the way was the only one looking for a new car; but also helped me to trade my car to an SUV. Tho' we were "just looking" he matched us with a beautiful 2014 Nissan Pathfinder ! Not only did he take interest to what we wanted he also saved us money ! Derrick Johnson I worked with salesman Derrick Johnson and he was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of the cars that we looked at.
