What an Amazing Day! I have to start by saying "one thing I DO NOT like in life is going to a dealer to buy a car." It stresses and intimidates me; it just turns my whole I have to start by saying "one thing I DO NOT like in life is going to a dealer to buy a car." This is how I felt as we were going to this Arlington dealership yesterday, my expectations was just as low as they could have been. Then we met Raza. At the end of the day, me and my wife, had one of the best shopping experience we have ever had. This amazing professional has such dominance in making you feel so comfortable, while filling us up with knowledge like we have rarely seen. WE enjoyed every minute of the day, including the hard decision making moments. Raza not only was selling us a car, creating a great experience, even going above and beyond protecting our interests as he also inspected a car we first chose but found some imperfections that moved him into getting us THE PERFECT car for us, WOW! BTW he was not the only employee treating us with such respect and delight, what about Ricky from finance?! Awesome guy! WHAT A DEALER. This dealer has become my "to-go place" for future cars buys for me and my family. Poor Experience With Used Car Sales. We recently seen a used vehicle online. I filled out an inquiry and recieved a call from Laura Roberts a Sales Coordinator. I was advised at the time that the vehicle was still available and if we could come in. Unfortunately my wife works 3rd shift and was asleep. I advised Ms. Roberts that I would complete the online credit application with the VIN and stock number of the vehicle.. I recieved an email back stating my application was recieved and was being forwarded to the Finance Dept.. Being late in the day, I waited untill the next day only to recieve an email stating the vehicle was Mysteriously No Longer Available. I feel this is a bait and switch, where they tell you the vehicle is available then you get to the dealership and it just got sold, so now you are swayed into a more expensive vehicle with longer terms that you did not want in the first place. Just went and did an online chat and found out that the vehicle we were interested in Is Still Available, what's up with Don Davis Used Cars Sales? Bad experience with Don Davis and will Not Recommend to friends getting different answers from everyone. More

After The Sale Service Is Excellent I purchased a Nissan Juke from Jeff Brubaker earlier this year and absolutely love the car and even the sales experience. The only issue that I've had is getting my cell phone to work with the vehicle's blue-tooth system. I called Jeff on this and he advised me to bring it in and he would help me with it. He was able to resolve this issue and has always been there to answer any questions that I have had. I plan to also bring in the Juke for factory service, when it is due, to Don Davis. I highly recommend Don Davis and also Jeff Brubaker. More
