Better Experience than Last Time I'm really not one who enjoys the car-buying process; however, I had been contemplating a new car purchase for some time. I purchased my previous vehicle from Don Davis Nissan some years ago, so although I was still a bit apprehensive I wanted to see what my CUSTOMER LOYALTY would really do. As I walked into the dealership, I had a sinking feeling in my stomach as I thought, "Oh Lord, what kind of BS HAGGLING AND BACK AND FORTH am I going to be subjected to today?" I was greeted by Mr. Etim who patiently took me through several options for my car purchase. As a woman (yes, we have the right to change our minds, and we do so often) he remained with me through the process of my thinking out loud as to what would be the best option for me. HE NEVER RUSHED THE SALE - in fact, when he saw me going back and forth in my mind about what to do he told me to take my time and that if I wasn't completely sure to come back the next day. He told me that he wanted me to make a decision that I was happy with. Mr. Etim's DEMEANOR put me at ease, and after the test drive I felt more confident that I made the right decision to do repeat business with Don Davis Nissan. I advised Mr. Etim beforehand that MY GOAL was to lower my payment and to get a newer vehicle and he was TRUE TO HIS WORD about helping me to do so. Your management team should know that Mr. Etim is the SOLE REASON why I am a repeat customer. As such, my RECOMMENDATION TO MANAGEMENT would be this: Always take care of and respect your sales team. Make sure that you keep them happy and find ways to consistently boost morale, because at the end of the day, WITHOUT THEM THERE IS NO YOU. Outstanding Customer Service I recently went in to Don Davis to have my car serviced (again). While waiting, I walked over to the new car lot to browse. One of the sales reps let I recently went in to Don Davis to have my car serviced (again). While waiting, I walked over to the new car lot to browse. One of the sales reps let my guy, Ngozi Echebelem, know that I was on the property. With a friendly hello, Ngozi meet me on the lot and visited with me about the troubles I was having with my current vehicle. I had not intended on making a new purchase that day, but with Ngozi's impeccable knowledge and assistance, I could not refuse the deal that was offered to me. I was able to sell back the vehicle I had that was causing problems, get into a new vehicle, and lower my monthly payments. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks!! More
