First of all , Mr. Reynolds truly restored my faith in customer service and car shopping. He went above the call of duty, no matter what the situation called for he made sure that my mom and I were comp customer service and car shopping. When I bought car I purchased service agreement. On average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change, that is crazy. I ask how long it is going to take and always told about 30 minutes. I understand if you can't get to it but tell some one don't maker them waste time. Very unprofessional, don't bring your car here for service. They have also damaged my car while in there care and tried to tell me it was there before. They also try to sell you things you don't need. Read the owners manual before you say yes to anything you didn't ask for. They are scamming on people that don't know any better.I More

I was looking for a specific car for a while. Found the dealership had one online. I called and scheduled a test drive. The financing process wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked, but they eventually got to the finish line and I signed for two new cars! When I returned a week later for the offer of a free tank of gas I was redirected from the services department to the dealership. I ended up having to wait for my sales person Steve to become free to get the tank of gas for me. I understand the reasoning behind this but it needs to be streamlined in some way so the customer doesn't have to spend an hour for the tank of gas. This wait was really my only negative experience, everything else was great! More
