I have purchased many cars (this being the 2nd from Don Davis) in my lifetime, and let me say, this has been Ngozi, Thank you, Thank you , Thank you. I have purchased many cars (this being the 2nd from Don Davis) in my lifetime, and let me say, this has been the Best experience ever. I walked in after hours - 9:15 pm on a Wednesday and instead of you rushing to your car to head home after a long day at work, you came to my family and gave us all of your time we needed, answering all of our questions, etc. etc. We left that night and set an appointment to come back to see you two days later. We came back the next day at 7:00 pm just to test drive the New 2014 Nissan Rogue. We dropped in on you unexpected and you teamed up with Charles (what a wonderful young man) to help us with all the ins and outs and glad to say we were out of there with my New Rogue by 9:30 that night. The best part of the deal was the AWESOME deal I received along with the low low interest rate and the great equity value of my 2008 Nissan Rogue I used as a trade. Need a salesman to put you 1st? Look no further than Aaron! It's not very often you find a car salesman who actual RUNS to get information, keys or any thing else that was needed rather than just strolling alon It's not very often you find a car salesman who actual RUNS to get information, keys or any thing else that was needed rather than just strolling along taking their sweet time like they have all the time in the world. But RUN is exactly what Aaron did, over and over again. Aaron made us feel like we were the most important customers there from the moment we stepped on the lot till we left with my new (to me) Armada! Our finance officer (Jeromy I think) was great too! The lower score on the quality of work is not a reflection on Aaron but on the service/body shop and Aaron's managers. Part of our deal was to have some touch up work done on the hood. After two attempts we left with it looking the same if not slightly worse than we started. We stopped and got a bid from a body shop on the way home and it's going to us $300 to have our hood repainted. In our opinion, the proper thing to do would have been is to bite the bullet and fix it correctly. But as I said this was out of Aaron's hands and was his managers decision to only trying the cheap fix. We have no plans to purchase another vehicle for quite some time but when we do we would love to work with Aaron again and we will definitely recommend him to everyone! More
