Spectacular Experience! I drove 5 hours to buy a car from Don Davis and would do it again! I didn't feel like I was "being sold", Matt was geniunely trying to find the vehicle and price that was right for me and my family. That night I received a call from the dealership telling me the car I was coming in to look at had been sold . I know not a big deal but I was impressed because it was late and they were closing up but still thought to call me . So I kept my appointment and was at work when Jeff called to check in with me, and then sent. Txt saying he had a tundra pulled up front waiting on me. Well when I showed up to Jeff's surprise it wasn't just me but the whole family . My 2 boys 6 and 2 had a great time which is hard to do in an office but jeff gave them both balloons to help entertain them , and was very kind and patient during the whole process. Really the whole office was awesome .... It was great process and look forward to working with them . More

He listened to what I said and gave me recommendations based on that information. We went to all 3 of the Don Davis dealerships to look for what met my needs. This is not Marvin's fault, but I don't think service and detailing did all they were supposed to in order for me to pick up. They were small things, but still not done how I had asked. Since I'd already purchased, I do think the detailing would have been better if it was going to be put on the lot for sale. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I loved Marvin and would recommend him and Don Davis to others. More

Jeff is an extremely helpful dealer and knows everything about any car, truck or SUV on the lot. He is so informative and helpful when it comes to choosing the perfect vheicale. Jeff makes sure that his customers are completely taken care of before they leave the lot, he sends reminder texts when license plates are ready and drops everything he is doing to become available for his customers. Jeff is the Man!!!!! I've dealt with so many bad salesmen in my life time and most recently at vandergriff Toyota, on IH20, not far from Don Davis Nissan and the experienc I've dealt with so many bad salesmen in my life time and most recently at vandergriff Toyota, on IH20, not far from Don Davis Nissan and the experience was so bad, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Their customer service, their prices, their attitude toward my wife and I were just terrible. It took us months to get over that. Then we went to Don Davis, and were greeted by Jeff Brubaker. We told Jeff we were looking for a vehicle for me that I would be using as a daily commuter to and from work. Its around 64 miles round trip daily so I do go a good distance and spend quite a bit of time in my car so I wanted something that wouldn't make me tired, got good gas mileage and was dependable and it had to be at my price range. Jeff listened to everything we said, didn't try to force us into something in a higher price range then what we wanted. Jeff attended to us like we were friends or family, that's how comfortable my wife and I were with Jeff. He got me a great deal on a great VW Tiguan, and my wife fell in love with it right away. We test drove it, and it just confirmed that this was the right vehicle for me. Jeff went through all the process with care and attention, and let me tell you, Don Davis Nissan sells more then just vehicles. It's the total experience. You get so much more then just a vehicle out the door. Don't believe me, go see Jeff. My Wife Deb and I were blown away. We decided to tell Jeff, we were actually shopping for two vehicles. The next one would be for my wife and it needed to be a bigger SUV, had to be a v6 engine, large, but not too large so the gas mileage would still be acceptable. Jeff did his thing and next thing we know we have a 2012 Nissan Murano. I mean my wife wanted to cry. It was beautiful and Jeff worked hard to get it at our price. It was actually priced much higher then what we wanted to spend but Jeff kept at it and got it under our cap. Everybody at Don Davis is SUPPERB!!!! We love you guys, and I am sending friends and family your way. In fact, my daughter is next up and she and her husband will be calling Jeff this week. Thank you Jeff.. You're the best. More
