My husband purchased a Murano convertible from Kheim Bui and was so impressed with Kim's level of service. I currently have problems with my foot and we were at the dealership and my foot was bothering me and was so impressed with Kim's level of service. They also spent another 15 or 20 minutes showing my husband how all the systems in the car worked. We were so impressed with the level of service that we were at the dealership a few days later and we traded in my Ford Escape for a new 2013 Murano. We worked with Steven on this purchase and were just as impressed with the level of service. We also love, I believe he is the general manager, George.
