On Tuesday, July 23rd, I searched cars.com and found the perfect vehicle for me at Don Davis Arlington. I'd been to another dealership and wasn't impressed by their service or willingness to help. Since I had an extra week to look for another vehicle, I searched multiple places in the Metroplex. Cars.com directed me to the Don Davis web-site and I sent an inquiry email regarding the vehicle I wanted. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from the receptionist to ask want time I was coming in and she gave me the name of a manager to ask for. Thirty minutes later, I arrived at the dealership and was met at the door by a saleman, Jeff Brubaker. He offered us a cool drink while he located the vehicle and prepared it for a test drive. He introduced us to his manager and off we went. The vehicle was cooled down before we entered and the test drive was quick and easy. I was already pre-approved by my lender, so the paperwork process was quick as lightening. Within an hour of arriving, we were in the business office signing the final documents. A relative who accompanied me was so jealous that the process went so smoothly. He said he has spent DAYS in dealerships trying to work out arrangements for a vehicle. He promises to shop Don Davis for his next truck. Needless to say, I'm now enjoying my 2013 Nissan Rogue that was catagorized as a used vehicle with 200 miles on it. The price was $5K below the average and I am very satisfied. Don Davis will be my #1 place to look for future vehicles for my teens. More

When I went to Don Davis Nissan my experience in buying a vehicle was great. I have gone to other places and walked out when they were talking to me because I was not satisfied with the product and what the vehicle was great. I found the "perfect" truck online. After several emails back and forth, I took off 1/2 a day of work to make the deal. I arrived at my appointment at 2:00, 45 minutes early. I was told the truck was sold but they had a vast selection to choose from. They had my number, email and an appointment and did not bother to contact me. This was classic bait and switch. I will never do business with them. Go to Vandergriff, much more honest and reliable. Heck, the scummy dealers on Division are probably more honest. Don Davis will never see a penny from me. More
