I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Don Davis Nissan. My sales guy was Ngozi and I told him exactly what kind of vehicle and packages I wanted. He found an exact match with some added bonus items I was not expecting. Ngozi was very informative, professional , friendly and determined to help me get the car I wanted. I didn't have a lot of money to work with but Ngozi was persistent with negotiating the price with his manager until they came down to a suitable price within my budget. He made my family and I feel like we were the only ones that mattered in the dealership. The experience was fast, pleasant and I had a new car with 5 hrs and that included financing. Jeff was awesome from the beginning, he began with finding what our needs was, which was we have a big family and needed a family car. After trying some vehicles in the Used area it became clear in or finding what our needs was, which was we have a big family and needed a family car. Jeff saw this right away after a couple of attempts of trying to get us in a used Van. He offered that it may be better for us in the long run as well as financially to get into a new Nissan Quest. So he showed us what Don Davis had to offer which we were very excited to find out, after a test Drive we knew we found the car, and Jeff was very helpful in making that Decision, with Options and ratings. He did a great Job. After Selecting the best match for us, we got to deal with Marcus Mcrae, I believe his name was which was as equally helpful in getting our Financial side of the car completed. The experience was great. We had Ngozi as our sales representative and he was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and was friendly and professional. We ended up buying a car that is perfect for us. A new Murano. We met the GM, Jason Barling, and he got involved in making the offer on our trade-in and the new Murano. There was no need for any "back and forth" because I felt the offers he made were very fair. We were able to add a cover for the storage area and pin striping for no additional charge, and that was very nice to receive.
