He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied. Please consider promoting this employee. His attitude and willingness to achieve customer satisfaction was obviously more important to him than the other sales representatives that I dealt with and it would be in Don Davis' best interest to have someone like Mr. Moreno representing the senior staff. I have purchased two vehicles at don davis nissan and both experiences were great. I bought a 2012 altima about 4 months ago, and a drunk driver crashed into me and my kids on july 4th. I figured that since i had such a great experience the first time here that i would call up my salesman and see what he said. He sounded so concerned and told me he wanted to help me and to come on in. Well i did and they were just as good the second time around. They worked with me until about 10:30 on night getting me into a 2013 altima for just about the same payment i was paying on the 2012. I knew I had two options, "sink" quite a bit of money in repairs or buy a new car for reliability and peace of mind. I have "toyed" with these two decisions for about four months. When I visited Don Davis Nissan, I was approached by Stephen Nguyen, a friendly, professional, and polite young man who made the decision to buy a new car one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences ever. That really speaks volumes for him, because I do not like shopping for new cars, at all. What made things easier, was Stephen's ability to listen to "my dilemma" and respond with options that worked for me. He was not pushy or overbearing. He knew I was trying to save money and offered an affordable solution that was commensurate with my needs. He asked a few important and concise questions about style, specifications, and exterior/interior color. Before long, the perfect sandy colored Altima was out front ready for a test drive. After the drive around the block, I knew what the decision would be. "Buy this great car for a fantastic price!" And that is what I did. The application, financing, and the entire process was the quickest and most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car.
