From the moment I got out of my car James was there. He was very friendly and informative about the vehicle that I was interested in. He also offered information on other models that may fit my need. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, which I really appreciated. My initial visit was on Monday and I came back on Thursday and asked for James. He took me for a test drive and I wasn't happy with the vehicle that I thought I wanted so he showed me similar vehicles within my price range and I was very pleased with the selection I made. He put me in the very capable hands of Marcus, who made my experience in finance very comfortable. He immediately sensed that I was nervous and assured me that everything would work out, and he was right. He was very friendly, yet efficient. I decided I wanted a different model the next day and I spoke with James about my concerns and he immediately offered an alternative and I sent to Javier who did the paperwork to complete the second transaction. The service and professionalism of this staff was second to none. I was very impressed with the timely manner in which things were done. I checked into Facebook when I first got to the dealership and when I walked out the door with keys in hand, it was exactly 2 hours later, which was awesome. When I went to exchange the vehicle, I went on my hour lunch break and was able to get everything completed within that time frame. Thank you Don Davis Auto Group!! YOU ROCK!! More

I went in for an oil change of my 2012 Altima. I decided to go look at cars to waste time. Faraz came and introduced himself. I felt very comfortable.
