Not my first time at Don Davis Nissan. My wife and I have been loyal Nissan owners for over 13 years with 11 of those years owning vehicles purchased at Don Davis. Upon our arrival at Don Davis Nissan we been loyal Nissan owners for over 13 years with 11 of those years owning vehicles purchased at Don Davis. Upon our arrival at Don Davis Nissan we were greeted buy a very friendly salesman. I asked for Ngozi, whom I have dealt with a couple of months prior and was very impressed with his professionalism and patience. I have always been impressed with the teamwork at this dealership and on this particular night I was especially impressed. Everyone here seems to be on one accord which made me feel very comfortable with the dealing from Ngozi to Horatio who worked earnest as well as understanding to present a deal that we were comfortable with. Frank jumped through hoops that day to meet our specifications of a red Nissan Pathfinder. A red one had just arrived and was not actually ready for the lot so he had us (the customer) who had not specifications of a red Nissan Pathfinder. A red one had just arrived and was not actually ready for the lot so he had us (the customer) who had not had a bite to eat that day and in a hurry to contend with and then the process of getting the vehicle to the customer to see the product as well as making a deal without seeing our trade in. It is somewhat difficult to know if we got the best price considering the car did not have a sticker price and we did not like the fact that we had to sign a piece of paper before going to finance without knowing how much the car really was going to be on a monthly basis. We told Frank how much we wanted the monthly payments and then he would bring back a piece of paper by the manager that just showed a total price. That process was too laborious to us. But as far as rating Frank, he did a good job! Frank did a wonderful job on how to operate the vehicle and we appreciate the condition of the car on pick up.. More
