Don Davis Nissan

The reason below is why my wife and I decided to purchase a new Nissan Murano. My wife was in need of a new vehicle. We had bought a new 2006 Armada from Don Davis Nissan in the past. The vehicle and the a new Nissan Murano. My wife was in need of a new vehicle. We had bought a new 2006 Armada from Don Davis Nissan in the past. The vehicle and the dealership were very good. Nissan makes a very good product. The Armada did very well for us !!! So with this prior dealership experience and quality vehicle reliability, we decided to go back to Don Davis for our new car purchase. As from our previous experience with the sales staff, the salesman(Ngozi Echebelem) for our new car was a great help in finding the right model of Murano for my wife's needs He was very knowledgable and helpful regarding all the features of our vehicle. I would certainly recommend anyone who wishes to purchase a car from Don Davis Nissan to ask for Ngozi. He is a very helpful gentleman. The other thing I would like to mention is the F and I transaction was a very smooth process. I have to admit this was my best new car purchase experience !!! Thank you very much............... I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Don Davis Nissan. I came to this dearlership based on a friend's recommendation. He was very friendly & professional and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car that day. He asked what I was looking for in a car and brought a car up for me to test drive. He was the only salesman that I dealt with out of all the dearlership that took the time to sit down with me after I test drove the car to discuss my options. I didn't purchase the car that day, but I did go back a couple weeks later and Trino was there to guide me through the process. The finance guys did a great job getting me financed. This have been my fourth vehicle purchased from Don Davis. I just recently purchased the 2013 Nissan Altima and the experince was horrible with the entire staff from the car saleman Jeff Brubaker to th Davis. My new car had to be returned to Nissan the very next day after the financing and signing off on all the paperwork. The loaner car that was given to me was extremely dirty from the inside out. The service advisor was very unprofesional her name is Carrie i complained to her about the filthy loaner, i was told that was the car i had to take while my brand new car was already in the shop for a new speedodometer replacement. I did not even want her as an advisor but she ignored my comments about working with the advisor of my choice.Carrie was rude and seemed as if she didnt want to help out a valued customer.I also never recieved any calls to update me on the status of my new vehicle. Last but not least the day i picked up my plates and tags the salesman Jeff Brubaker was rude.He showed no compassion of my complaints as if the vehicle has already been sold so "Deal With It". I myself had to put my own plates on my vehicle. This has been the worst experience i have ever had after many years of being a loyal and repeatative customer with Don Davis Nissan and other locations of Don Davis. More

When I drove on the lot on a rainy dark day (after 7pm), I was given immediate attention from Octavio Lopez. I told him I had seen a Dodge Caliber online and I would like to see it. He didn't treat me like he wasn't interested in my desires. He didn't try to talk me into something other than what I told him I saw online. I so appreciate his wanting meet my need by listening to what I wanted for my daughter. He drove me to my house to get my daughter and we drove away very happy with the sale.
