Sales rep wouldn't take the time to listen and wouldn't work with me. A lot of things he said didn't make sense. I talked to the sales manager and he was even worse. We had an extremely positive sales experience with Raza Inthanongsack. He was very positive and more importantly knew the product he was selling. I must say the employees we had contact with were very polite and professional, which provided an excellent purchase experience, Another employee that is to be commended for his accurate and professional approach to business, is Mr. Jesse Lacy, Finance Manager. Mr. Lacy was extremely competent and was very pricise with his information and data entry. Mr. Lacy did an outstanding job, and should be congratulated. In summary, Mr. Inthanogsack, Mr. Eason and Mr. Lacy did an outstanding job, which greatly contributed to a very pleasant buying experience at Don Davis Nissan...as I will return. More

We went car shopping just to get some ideas of what SUV's I liked. We weren't even planning on buying a car that day. We were just pulling through the lot, not even getting out of the car when I saw my 2011 Nissan Murano. Jeff came walking up at the perfect time. We were getting sick of the pushy car dealers smothering us. But, Jeff simply came up and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions about this car. As we talked he answered any questions he could but told us he would find the answers to ones he didn't know. That is what gained my interest in working with him. Previous dealers just made up answers or flat out lied. It really impressed me that he told me he was new and he wasn't sure but would ask someone who knew. He made the process so simple and easy. We took it for a test drive and he told us what he knew about the car and what cool things the dealership would do for us, like a free full tank of gas (My favorite!!!) then we just talked. He spent the rest of the time getting to know us and our family. We also got to know him a little better. We got back to the dealership and they had our deal all worked out and waiting. We signed the papers and Jeff had the new car out front waiting for us cleaned and detailed with a full tank of gas ready to go! It was a late night, but a great experience! Jeff followed up with me the next day to make sure we were liking it. We are very appreciative and thankful for the service we received from everyone.
