Ricky Pool has been mine and my husband's "go-to" guy for every one of these. He is amazing and makes our car buying experiences easy enough to do on a daily basis. The most recent cars that we have purchased, Ricky helped us out. Once again, we are pleased with everything. Ricky always goes above and beyond to get us what we need, in the price range that we need. Over the years, we feel blessed to be able to call Ricky our friend. Our two boys know who Ricky is and get so excited to see him. Must be a great guy! Since Ricky has been promoted to Finance, he had elected Nabin Shahi to be our "sales guy." Nabin was just the sweetest. He had suckers and ballons ready for the entertainment of our kids. When it was time to check out the two new cars, Nabin was fully knowledgeable about everything our cars had to offer. He, has since, called to check up on us and called when the license plates came in. I can't say enough about our car buying experience with Don Davis Nissan, but in particular, Ricky Pool. This was the fifth and final dealership I was planning on vising, the second one that day. I braved some serious torrential rain on the way here and was expecting the same run around and sales tactics as all vising, the second one that day. I braved some serious torrential rain on the way here and was expecting the same run around and sales tactics as all other dealerships, however, the over one hour trip was well worth it. As Faraz quickly summed me up and brought out the car I was soon to purchase. Although I was not looking for a fully loaded vehicle, the price and the condition of the vehicle quickly made my mind up for me. Not only this, but the financing from Nissan was by FAR superior than my own bank. The seller did not use any games or pressure tactics; negotiations were quick and straight forward. Although I arrived at the dealership at 6, Faraz and Akon stayed there until about 10, as did a few other people there. Because it was so late and I was so tired I left a few things behind and forgot to pick up a few things. Also, when I needed my old license plate I left with them, before a certain date, Akon mailed it out to me the same day. When I came back in a few days the guys helped me get my things out of my old vehicle and helped out with a few other issues. Basically, if I was not relocating, I would buy every new car from this dealer, and I may just come back to do business with them again from Florida. This is not your typical car dealer... I have now put about 2.5k miles on the certified vehicle (Nissan Rogue SL), and it is functioning perfectly, and still looks new; I love the car. Have many more miles to go and will conduct my maintenance at DD. Highly recommend both these guys and this dealership! More

Stellar experience off I-20 Freeway As I happened upon the Don Davis Nissan dealership off I-20 Freeway, I didn't realize the "stellar" experience I would later achieve that day. So much that I am still in awe at the spectacular service, team work and professionalism I was to encounter there. Please allow me to elaborate on this superb afternoon spent there. I initially was met by Mr. Akon Etim at the door and he had a smile from ear to ear with a warm, friendly & approachable demeanor. My wife and I were pleased to introduce ourselves and begin our car quest here for sure. Akon took the time to show us to an office where he offered us some refreshing bottled water and on to business we proceeded. He did a magnificent job at showing and allowing us to test drive a few trucks. He was very pleasant to communicate with and a real gentleman in all respects. All went pretty well until we received the initial quote for the truck we were interested in. Like the title of this review, it was astronomically "stellar" for my planned budget. Akon then proceeded to work with us to achieve a more down to earth price this earthling can afford. Enter sales Manager, Mr. Faraz Amdani. I must say, at first I really didn't think we'll be doing business here, and my wife was getting fidgetty to leave. We could foresee the back & forth numbers game heading our way. However, Faraz knew what he was doing and cut thru all the chase and quickly came up with a suitable figure. He was easy to deal with and understood the customer's needs. That is very important. To make a long story short, it sealed the deal. The last thing I did want to point out is this, and it's the primary reason that motivated me into writing this review. I was really impressed in the way the sales Manager, Faraz, interacted with the Salesman, Akon, and got the job done as a team. The fact that we were able to actually sit with the Manager and discuss the deal, is something you don't see too frequent at other places. In fact, sometimes you never even see the Manager at all. Faraz had a great personality and we really felt he was there to help us in every way he could. Let me not forget Mr. Jesse Lacy, in Finance! He was exceptionally wonderful too, but that's another stellar story ! And last, I was very, VERY satisfied with the end results. Faraz and Akon were BOTH there 'til the very end when I picked up my truck. It was detailed so immaculately and that engine was so shiny I had to laugh. I've never seen an engine that clean before. Except maybe at car shows. Great job guys! Don Davis trully has a magnificent pair of Associates here, that if I could give these 2 guys a Platinum Award, I would. For now, this review is my deep heart-felt thank you for such outstanding service you provided us. We will definitely recommend you guys in the future and return ourselves. We were looking for a newer used Altima Coupe for our teen daughter and found the perfect one at Don Davis Nissan. It was out of state, but it was certified and a great deal! I emailed the dealership and I was quickly contacted by Faraz Amdani, the used car manager. We live in Central Arkansas (about 6 hours from Arlington), so the already high stress levels associated with purchasing a new car were multiplied. However, Faraz took a lot of the stress out of the situation by preparing the numbers for us to look at and he gave us an estimate on our trade in by email. When he knew we were on our way to Arlington, he took the car off the main lot so that it would not sell before we arrived. We left early on Friday afternoon and ran into road construction on the way that delayed us. We arrived later than expected, and it was about 30 minutes before closing time. We felt awful for showing up so late (especially on a Friday night), but Jeff and Faraz were still eager to show me the car and get the financing done that night. They were both easy to work with and very nice. They made traveling to purchase a car an easy experience & I would do it again. More

Don Davis Nissan had EXACTLY what my fiance and i were looking for in a CPO 2013/ 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We had looked at several 2014 Pathfinder Plantinums with the Premium Package, and were ready to pu looking for in a CPO 2013/ 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We had looked at several 2014 Pathfinder Plantinums with the Premium Package, and were ready to purchase one which did not meet all of our criteria. Till I found the perfect one at Don Davis, for $2,000 less!!! Cesar Sanchez, our sales representative, was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and considerate of our requests and needs, which made the whole car buying process painless. Not only was the vehicle we bought cheaper than the competition's, but also had way less mileage!!!. Cesar was highly instrumental in our decision to purchase. The price was right, salesman was great, as was the experience (big thanks also goes to Horatio Gutierrez in the finance office who had everything ready for us the next day). Organizations are measured by those they choose to employ, and all those I had the pleasure of doing business with at Don Davis Nissan mark this dealership top notch. I will definitely be back in the future for another vehicle purchase! More
