I would just like to say Emmanuel was great. The dealership was fantastic. I had an issue with another dealership and once i got over to Don Davis, told them what i wanted and the price i needed to dealership was fantastic. I had an issue with another dealership and once i got over to Don Davis, told them what i wanted and the price i needed to be at, Emmanuel s Boss came out and said go pick out the color and i will work the numbers. I signed papers within 2 hours and if you have a signer that's out of town they will fedex/ups to who needs to sign with no hassles or long drives up to the dealership to waste time. The night we purchased was during their customer appreciation day which occurs ever 2 Thursday of the month. They served Red hot and Blue BBQ which is awesome and a plus and give out door prizes. They also give out informative information about their express center to allow you to get to know who is working on your vehicle. Emmanuel showed us the ins and outs that the other dealership didnt go into. Very impressed with the professionalism they had and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I went to this dealer looking for a pre-owned car but not really needing one. If they could make the payment work for me then consider me sold but if not then I was ok leaving with no car. I emailed them about a car I saw online and was immediately contacted. I told them I would be in that day and they were ready for me. I worked with Keith Eason and Matt Howard. Both were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful. They explained everything I needed and got me approved for a better rate than first quoted. They didn't lowball my trade which I liked. I had to leave and come back and when I returned, all my paperwork was ready for signature and the car was cleaned and ready to go. It was such an easy stress free process! After getting the car, I noticed a head light was out. Keith was able to get me right to service the next day where I was helped by Mark. I was in and out in about an hour. Another stress free process. I highly recommend this dealer. I intend on using them for service regularly despite them being 20 miles from my house. Good customer service goes a long way in my book and their attentiveness has won me over as a customer. More

I was greeted at the entrance by Faraz with a smile who quickly sent Jeff Brubaker my way. Jeff is not a pushy salesperson. He was great at simply addressing the needs I had for a third row. He immediately came back with one in my price range and we test drove it. My wife loved it so we began process. Jeff invited my kids into his office while we handled business. He got all 3 of my kids balloons and was very friendly with my toddler son. My son even began to follow him around. After working with Jeff, I was introduced to Horacio, Finance Mgr (F&I). Horacio has this rare ability to give it to you straight but remain friendly and positive. He worked hard for us, mind you it was after 9pm! Jeff and Horacio were patient with us as we wanted to look at another SUV. After settling on option two, I was introduced to Jake Taylor, Pre-Owned Mgr. Jake was friendly, patient, and awesome. We negotiated for a while and he remained positive although it was late. I never got the sense that anyone was ready to go home. We made a deal and drove away happy campers. The SUV was dirty, which is one of the two complaints I have, and Jeff asked that we bring it back the next day to have it washed which we did. Upon the wash, my wife noticed multiple scratches on all sides of the SUV that were unnoticeable due to the dirt and it being night. This was not a deal breaker to my wife as she was excited about the rear entertainment system so the kids can watch movies. I asked that my wife take the auto back to the dealership too see if anything could be done about the scratches because it mattered to me. When she spoke to Faraz in Jake's absence she was told that nothing could be done about the scratches and that if the SUV won't be garaged the scratches can happen over time anyway, which is OBSURD. So my wife left feeling dismissed. When I called Jake about the scratches he asked that I bring it in. He sent it over to service to have it thoroughly washed and have the finish buffed to minimize the blemishes. He apologized for what seemed to be the mistreatment of my wife and she was satisfied by this as well as the appearance of the SUV (the change was noticeable). Aside from the car being delivered dirty and the seemed dismissal of my wife, I would recommend Don Davis to others looking for an auto. Even those that weren’t directly involved in my experience were friendly. Ngozi played with my son and had nothing to gain from it at all. Other salespeople told me congrats on my purchase as I walked away. This made me realize what kind of people work at Don Davis. This is my God’s honest assessment of my experience here.
