Overall, I was okay with how my new car purchase was handled. I took in print-out of the vehicle on the Don Davis Nissan website that I wanted. Mr. Dewberry was determined to find that vehicle or one like it. As we were driving around the lot, I spotted the one I had found on the website. I did feel a little pressured by him to complete the sale. I went in thinking I was just going to look and gather information to make a good decision. Mr. Dewberry became a little frustrated with me when I hesitated on completing the sale. He also stated that I would qualify for the 0.9% financing for 48 months with Nissan financing. He even showed me that on paper. Then, when I met with the Finance Manager, I was told I could not get 0.9% financing on 48 months....it was good for up to 36 months. Knowing I could not do that, I became frustrated and explained to him what Mr. Dewberry had told me. He spoke with the Manager and he agreed to reduce the price of the car just enough to keep my payments where I felt comfortable, but I would have to pay the 1.9% financing, not the 0.9% Mr. Dewberry assured me I would get. The only reason I continued with the sale and agreed to Nissan financing was the rebate. Even with all this, I am very pleased with my new Nissan Juke! More
On May 7th, 2012, my father and I purchased two vehicles: my father purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano and I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Maxima SV from Don Davis Nissan which had 5,498 miles on the car. The following day, I took the car for a proper detailing of the car and I noticed that there was right-front bumper damage on the vehicle, which the dealer failed to disclose on the date of purchase. Don Davis Nissan agreed to fix the bumper damage so I left the vehicle at the dealership on May 14th, 2012. I picked up the Maxima from the dealership itself and noticed that the mileage count was 5,847 miles on the car. Prior to giving my car to the body shop, I reset the “trip A” mileage count to 0.0 miles. When I received on May 17th the vehicle the “Trip A” mileage count was 292.0 miles; in addition to, the “Trip B” mileage count was 348.8 miles. I feel like that the vehicle was subject to grossly excessive mileage for the short duration of the bumper repair at the Don Davis Nissan body shop. At the same time I noticed that a CD was missing from the car and a CD case was damaged, as well. This matter was brought to the attention of Don Davis Nissan management verbally and in writing for a resolution, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. More

Chris Cooper, What can I say he is AWESOME! He was very friendly and very helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered, he made me feel confident in the choice that I had made with the car. I went to Don Davis not having a clue on what car I wanted, Chris did everything in his power to make sure that the car I chose will be right for me. He did not give up and no matter how late it was getting he kept working hard to make sure that I was going to leave the parking lot happy and I did. I have never met anyone that worked at a car dealership who was so kind and helpful, in my opinion most dealerships looks at customers as walking dollar sign. When I came to Don Davis and worked with Chris he treated me like a real person, he helped me stay in the budget that I was looking for and I left the place with a wonderful car and a big smile on my face. I am a first time car buyer that was a really scary and nervous position to be in, but when you have a great dealer like Chris that all changes. I had my boyfriend and my mother with me and we all were satisfied with the wonderful customer service that was given to us my mom is a very hard person to please, we were there for like about 4 hours and my mom is very impatient and that is really hard for anyone to work with her but Chris stuck it through and she even left the parking lot happy and that was a shocker to me. I will most definantly refer everyone I know who is looking for a car to work with Chris Cooper, he works for you an I really mean that he does his best to get you everything you need answers all questions and concerns that you have and he gives wondeful customer service.
