I was in and out in an hour. I went into the Dealership knowing exactly wich car I wanted and within an hour and a half I had the keys in my hand and I was on my way home. The employees were very respectfu knowing exactly wich car I wanted and within an hour and a half I had the keys in my hand and I was on my way home. The employees were very respectful of my time. They were helpful and informative. After recieving the car I was instructed on how to work the buttons and program the radio and all that good stuff. I loved the fact that they kept reassuring me that I could call them or come back if I had any questions or concerns about anything. Our Salesman was very profeessional but he still took the time to ask questios and get to know us. I assume it was in order to make sure that this car fit our needs. Jeffery was extremely friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable at the dealer everyone kept congratulating me even the salesmen who hadnt sold me the car. I have been looking for a good used truck for a while online and inperson. I met some very nice people along the way. I didnt feel the usual pressure tactics that you come to expect. Chris is a genuine sincere salesman who without a doubt went the extra mile to find me a Ranger and make me happy. He was determined and energized to make it happen and not just think of the bottom line. I think Don Davis is lucky to have him. Marcus Anthony was my finance man. Not once did I feel I was being given the shakedown. He was polite, professional, and very thorough. When I left his office I was very satisfied that I got the best rate and overall low monthly payment I could have gotten in my situation. He as well went the extra mile. The unfortunate thing that happened is when I drove away and on very next morning/Sunday I got up and started my truck and got the engine light. I was concerned of course, who wouldnt be. And of course was worried. I called Chris and explained it and he didnt hesitate to say bring it back in and we will do everything we can to resolve it. That was exceptional in my opinion. He didnt have to offer it. It could have been a bad mark on the whole thing. But he and Don Davis took care of everything. They got me back up and running and went above and beyond. I also want to thank Kari/hope im spelling it right. She is in service. She was helpful, honest, and worked hard to keep me informed. I had been thinking about doing something different on my vehicle, but I knew it was going to be hard to make happen. One of my employees had just bought a vehicle, and Faraz was his salesman. Based on his recommendation I visited the dealership on 1/28/12 and met with Faraz. He listened to my priorities and offered many options. On Tuesday, January 31st, we were able to finalize my deal far above anything I expected. With the help of Matt and Aaron, Faraz got me a vehicle that met every single one of my expectations, and exceeded them. The professionalism, kindness, and friendliness I experienced with the dealership not only ensures I'll be a lifelong customer, but I will refer everyone I know who is in the market. I was hesitant to go into don davis nissan. i had been to several dealerships and got turned down except for one, vandergriff honda. i was approved for 0 down but they would not take my trade, instead they w several dealerships and got turned down except for one, vandergriff honda. i was approved for 0 down but they would not take my trade, instead they wanted me to take my car back and take a repo on my credit just so i could drive off in there car, that there did it. i was recommended by a previous customer and called and spoke to george holmes, he assured me that they could help me, so i went in and he set me up with a salesman tony brewer, he was wonderful he answered all my questions and got me in a 2012 nissan sentra, i love it, im so glad i came in. thanks again george holmes!!!! and thanks tony brewer. i would recommend this dealership to all my friends. i will be a returning customer. What more can I say about how this place does business. I didn't come in to buy a car but after seeing the car Chris had for me and seeing the great deal I just had to get it. My company works with Nissan Corporate and we are included in Nissan's VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program). I went to purchase a new Nissan Juke. The sticker price for the vehicle was $24,270. On Frida included in Nissan's VPP (Vehicle Purchase Program). I went to purchase a new Nissan Juke. The sticker price for the vehicle was $24,270. On Friday evening, I was quoted a "VPP" price of $22,950 by Chris Stiles. The very next day, I came in to start the paperwork to purchase the car and Mr. Stiles said the price had gone up to $23,700. After questioning the increase, he then brought the price down to $23,500. I was still not happy with the price, but the he said that if I didn't accept the price, the vehicle would be transferred to another dealership. I reluctantly accepted and signed the paperwork. Afterward, he asked for my VPP paperwork because he said "We're really not sure how the VPP thing works." Basically, I don't believe Mr. Stiles actually did any VPP paperwork. The VPP website's Juke pricing examples featured savings over $1100 and it ended up being only $770...and at one time only $570. I feel Mr. Stiles' shady price-shifting of the vehicle and his own words admitting that he wasn't sure how the VPP Program worked, I truly believe that I did not get the vehicle at Nissan's VPP Program price. No, I do not recommend this dealership at all. More
