William met me at the door. When I told him what I was interested in, he showed me to his office. He then had the car I requested pulled around. It ended up that the X-Terra was not exactly what I wanted...so he suggested the Pathfinder...which I purchased. He was very friendly, VERY patient in answering all of my questions.
