After shopping at our local area Nissan dealers and trying to trade in our Escalade to buy an Armada, we happened to be travelling over 200 miles away to the DFW area and stopped at a couple of area Ni trying to trade in our Escalade to buy an Armada, we happened to be travelling over 200 miles away to the DFW area and stopped at a couple of area Nissan dealerships to see if they had what we wanted. When we pulled in to Don Davis Nissan, they had the exact vehicle we wanted. We didn't know any of them and went in to see what kind of deal they could make us - not expecting to hear any different news than the previous dealerships we visited. To our delight, they said they can do what most other dealerships can't and they backed it up by paying off our Escalade and knocking over $10k off the sticker! It took a couple of hours to "play the game", but we knew we would get there if we stuck it out and were honest with them. They were all very nice and cooperative from the salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager. When we discovered the battery was weak, they replaced it with a brand new battery since we were travelling and they didn't want us to get stuck on the road. They didn't have the second "fob", but mailed us one within the week and paid to have it programmed at our local dealership (which had the Don Davis tags on it!) They also mailed the window sticker since we have personalized plates that were already registered so I didn't have to go to my DMV to transfer generic plates for ours. They have contacted us twice to check on the new vehicle and see if we need anything. They told us whenever we are in the area to stop by and let them know how we like the vehicle. We recommend Don Davis Nissan to anyone wanting to get a fair deal on a vehicle and have excellent customer service after the sale! More

I went to the dealership on a Monday so I could avoid the weekend crowd. I also knew that I wanted to test drive the Altima. Jake informed me that the new 2013 Altimas had just arrived at the dealership and weekend crowd. I also knew that I wanted to test drive the Altima. He quickly found a car that matched my description and pulled it around to the front. He was very knowledgeable about the key features of the car. I returned to the dealership on Tuesday and was ready to talk about numbers. I told Jake that I was undecided between the Altima and the Prius. Jake called Don Davis Toyota and got some preliminary prices and numbers to help aid in my decision. That was not something I requested, he took that upon himself to do for me. Jake was very polite and never played games or pressured my to make a decision at any time. I was still not sure I was sold on the car for the price so they let me take the car out for a few hours and get a better feel for it. I decided that was the car I wanted to purchase and everyone I dealt with was very accommodating, knowledgeable and upfront with information.
