I've had issues twice now where I've brought my car in with an appointment and both times were easy fixes. Once for a nail in my tire and the other for getting my visor fixed. As soon as Alan states that they'll get my car in now it takes 30 to 45 minutes to get my car done. Everyone else that came in after me that had oil changing services were done way before I was. Something needs to get done. More

Horrible experience. I called up there and I was constantly being put on hold and transferred to different people with no answers about my car when it was getting service I called up there and I was constantly being put on hold and transferred to different people with no answers about my car when it was getting serviced. It wasn’t until I went back to the dealership until I was able to speak to someone about my car and even then no one knew what was going on with my car. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes before anyone could figure out where my car was and where the paperwork for my car was. They wasted my time and had my car for a whole day and a half which was not needed and even caused me to miss out on work. Luckily there was someone who had saw me waiting and helped me out and was kind enough to see what was going on with me and he ended up waiving the diagnostic fee they were about to charge me so thank you to him. More
