I always go to your location, very disappointed this time. I went to see if a car key was going to be reprogrammed, should have been told in advance that if it wasn’t possible to be done you still will time. I went to see if a car key was going to be reprogrammed, should have been told in advance that if it wasn’t possible to be done you still will charge $150.00 for labor, the key wasn’t able to be reprogrammed. I would’ve appreciate the info in advance. I asked if that could’ve be applied towards of getting a new key I was told no. Not happy for being a customer of many years over 15 years ( you can ask Mr Gomes, leasing and purchasing Altimas, Rogue and Kicks). Thank you for listening. More

Waiting time too long, my car got lift up and no one working on it. Just brake fluid change and 1 tire change for more then 2 hours, even I have appointment when i pull in theybjust looking at me like 1 working on it.
