My car was at this dealership for over 2 weeks before I received a call that it was ready. I picked up my car and it was still having issues. I was told that no drive test was done before it was released t received a call that it was ready. I picked up my car and it was still having issues. I was told that no drive test was done before it was released to me so I had to tow my car back to this dealership for additional work to be done. More money and more time without my car. Needless to say I was dissappointed with the service that I received. More

I have been coming to Don Davis for over 20yrs to service my vehicel. We came to get two rims put on and an alignment, the service advisors are usually ver aware when we are waiting and will keep checking on my vehicel. We came to get two rims put on and an alignment, the service advisors are usually ver aware when we are waiting and will keep checking on the vehicle to ensure we are not waiting 4+hrs for our vehicle and he did not do this. He also was very unprofessional once we were frustrated that we had already waited for 4hrs and he still was showing no sense of urgency to get us out. Also, when we are quoted a price on the phone it is usually honored. We were told $15 a tire and we ended up paying $179 and that is after we had $50 of services that are still unknown to me taken off. More
