On the paperwork it mention I neglected my back breaks. I've brought my car in several times with this Strang noise when I breaked. I was told that the noise I heard was normal. So this time I ask them to do a break job on my rear breaks. They did and guest what, the noise is gone. .not very satisfied with the service department at this moment. More
